Refund policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also the item must be in the original packaging undamaged.

Gift cards
Sale items

To finalise your return/refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase and do not send your item to the manufacturer.

Once your item has returned to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hrs to your original method of payment.

If you are returning the item to us you are responsible for paying for the shipping for your returning item. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Only the cost of the item will be paid out.
