Please note that all orders require 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped. 

Once items are shipped from Pellis Medispa it is out of our control and responsibility. Pellis Medispa cannot be held liable for packages that have been marked delivered by the mail carrier, that has not been received such as lost or stolen. Please contact the courier and they’ll be able to help track down your package!
