GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid) - for anxiety and insomnia. Boosts the activity of the neurotransmitters in the brain to create balance from adrenalin overloads and fears - it sends messages between the brain and nervous system

Scullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) - nerve food - removes nervous tension

St John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum) - the anti-anxiety herb

Magnesium, Potassium and Zinc - in this remedy we use these for building up nerve cells and creating balance in the brain - as in brain food. Also cleanses the blood and builds up resistance to stress. Also helps to lower inhibitions. 

Ginger, Turmeric and Capsaicin - natural pain relief. Tension and stress can easily cause aches and pains throughout the whole body

Vitamin C - Stress decreases Vitamin C stores dramatically. Added Vitamin C balances mood and helps with fatigue
